You smile away the facts:
“Let’s just agree to disagree.”
It seems the truth distracts
from what you think the truth should be.

Caveat Scriptor

For some, it can prove the most wrecking praise ever
when somebody tells them they're ever so clever.


He told them only he could make
that mighty nation "great again"—
a reckless, narcissistic rake
who'd mastered neither sword nor pen.
