My Brother's Hand-me-downs

Give a rat's ass
fill your own glass
take it on your shoulder.
You'll be alright
there's no night light
hell, it could be colder.

Take a cold brew
wear another's shoe
paste it back together.
It won't last long
ain't no right or wrong
soon, it will be better.

Get inside a man
like a woman can
love will make you bolder.
Hand it all down
see your own town
laugh as you get older.

Give a rat's ass
fill your own glass
take it on the shoulder.
